On January 30, Investor sold 5.0 million A-shares in the major bank SEB, where the investment company is the largest shareholder. The shares were sold at a price of SEK 189.65 per share, amounting to a transaction of SEK 948.3 million. The deal was executed off-market. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.

SEB's A-share last closed at SEK 191.35 on Friday on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Investor has also reported forward contracts relating to the disposal of SEB shares to the insider registry.

Following the sale, Investor owns 441.20 million shares, corresponding to 21.60 percent of the capital and 21.65 percent of the votes in SEB, according to the shareholder service Holdings.
