(Alliance News) - Inwit is considering filing a complaint with Consob amid an escalating dispute with Fastweb, Vodafone, and TIM regarding master service agreements and their tower joint venture.
As reported by Milano Finanza on Friday, the company is scrutinizing the timing between the termination of the MSA and the announcement of the JV, as well as the lack of reference to "last call" rights. Fastweb has already issued its termination notice, while TIM is expected to reach a decision over the weekend.
Meanwhile, according to MF, the company is working on an application for an injunction at the Milan Court to suspend the termination, citing financial risks and its heavy reliance on the two operators, which account for over 85% of its revenue.
