IRCON International Limited appointed Shri Sudhir Singh as Director (Projects) effective from January 2, 2026. Terms of Appointment: Pursuant to Order no. 2021/E(O)II/40/21 dated 31st December, 2025 of the Ministry of Railways, Shri Sudhir Singhm assumed the additional charge of Director (Projects) of IRCON effective 2nd January, 2026, in addition to his own, until further orders.
Shri Sudhir Singh holds a BE in Civil Engineering from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) 1998, joined Indian Railways in September 2000 and is having more than 26 years of distinguished experience. He has contributed to several landmark projects including the Udhampur?Srinagar?Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) Project (Infrastructure Project); commissioning of Anand Vihar Terminal. He has held key positions as Senior Divisional Engineer/Coordinator, where he oversaw critical operational and engineering functions.
He has also worked in RDSO and associated with Vendor Development and Quality Assurance of critical back components, worked in construction organizations and associated with doubling projects. He has also worked in Rail Land Development Authority and associated with station re-development projects, asset monetization and commissioning of the Gomti Nagar Station Development Project (Phase-1). Shri Singh?s career reflects a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic contributions to the modernization and capacity enhancement of Indian Railways.
