Ircon International Limited, at the AGM held on 18 September, 2025 approved a final dividend @ INR 1.00 per share on the face value of INR 2/- each [i.e. 50% of paid-up capital of INR 188,10,31,480/- amounting to INR 940.5 million], for the financial year 2024-25.
