STORY: A deadly Israeli airstrike hit a seaport café in Gaza City on Sunday.

Bystanders were gathered near the strike point where blood could be seen on the ground.

The strike killed at least two Palestinians and wounded around a dozen others, health officials said.

There was no immediate comment from Israel.

Eyewitness Shrouq Saadallah told Reuters that two people came to the port to hang out, saying "the port is the only place left where people can get some fresh air."

One of them "was torn into shredded pieces," she said, adding, "Where is the ceasefire? We are asking the world, where is the ceasefire when we have bloodshed every single day?"

An October ceasefire was brokered by U.S. President Donald Trump.

It has failed to halt Israeli attacks in Gaza.

Some 900 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli strikes since the truce came into effect, according to figures from Gaza health officials.

Four Israeli soldiers have been killed by militants during the same period, the country's military has said.

The cafe struck on Sunday was on the emergency seaport in Gaza, a floating dock off the coast that was meant to be temporary.

The ceasefire left Israel in control of more than half of Gaza, with Hamas controlling a sliver of coastal territory.

Israel and Hamas are deadlocked in indirect talks over implementing the second phase of the deal, which includes the group's disarmament and Israeli army withdrawals.
