(Alliance News) - Italgas Spa announced on Monday that the board of directors of Enaon, the group's subsidiary active in gas distribution in Greece, has co-opted Gianfranco Amoroso and appointed him as the company's Chief Executive Officer.

As noted by the company in a statement, Enaon holds natural gas distribution licenses in 145 municipalities, 115 of which are currently operational, serving approximately 650,000 active customers.

Italgas shares were up 0.1% at EUR10.08.
