(Alliance News) - Italgas Spa announced Tuesday that it has renewed its memorandum of understanding with Tokyo Gas Network, aimed at strengthening collaboration in strategic gas distribution areas and promoting the development of joint projects.

Under the terms of the memorandum, according to a press release, the two companies will continue to share expertise and best practices to foster innovation, resilience, and the sustainable development of gas distribution networks.

The partnership will focus specifically on infrastructure resilience and safety, technological innovation, and supply chain management.

Italgas shares were trading down 0.1% at EUR10.41 per share.
