We would like to inform you that our subsidiary "Jazeera Airways" A Closed Joint Stock Saudi Company, 49% owned by Jazeera Airways K.S.C.P. has received a Tender Award for a New National Non-scheduled (Charter) Air Carrier License in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the General Authority for Civil Aviation.
There is currently no financial impact on the company's financial position. The financial impact during the subsequent periods will appear in the financial statements after obtaining the operating license to commence the activities.
