At its meeting on December 19, 2025, the Supervisory Board of JENOPTIK AG, Jena, unanimously elected Daniela Mattheus as its Chairwoman with effect as of December 30, 2025. In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of JENOPTIK AG, Daniela Mattheus was elected for the remainder of the term of office of the outgoing Chair, Matthias Wierlacher, i.e. until the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
Daniela Mattheus, Professional Supervisory Board member, has been member of the Jenoptik’s Supervisory Board since November 2023.
