Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE:JLL) agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in FMTECH Saudi Facility Management Company from Public Investment Fund on December 15, 2025. Public Investment Fund will maintain a majority stake in FMTECH.
The transaction is expected to close subject to customary closing conditions.
