JP Morgan has downgraded its recommendation for the engineering company SKF to underweight from neutral and slashed its target price to 215 kronor from 245 kronor.

The bank points to the postponement of the separate listing of the automotive division to the fourth quarter of 2026, continued high exposure to a weak automotive market, and increased uncertainty regarding margin development. At the same time, JP Morgan has lowered its adjusted EBIT forecasts for 2026 and 2027 by 9 and 7 percent, respectively.
