Kafelaku Coffee Holding Limited announced that Mr. Liang Naiming resigned as chief executive officer of the Company, with effect from 12 September 2025. Mr. Liang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of directors of the Company (the Directors) and that there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company (the Shareholders) and the Stock Exchange. Mr. Cui Zifeng has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 12 September.
