Finnish engineering group Kalmar has finalized the share buyback program originally announced in May. Between May 6 and June 11, the company repurchased 300,000 Class B shares at an average price of €41.24 per share, according to a company press release.

The repurchased shares are intended for use in the company's share-based incentive programs.

Following the completion of these transactions, Kalmar holds a total of 432,610 treasury Class B shares.
