Kanadevia Corporation (TSE:7004) entered into a business transfer agreement to acquire All-solid-state Lithium-ion Batteries Business of Suzuki Motor Corporation (TSE:7269) on March 4, 2026. A cash consideration will be paid by Kanadevia Corporation.
The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions. The expected completion of the transaction is July 1, 2026.
