Dhivya Ashok is a high-growth business leader with over a decade of experience scaling omni-channel, tech-enabled consumer businesses across India and the US. She most recently served as Regional Business Head ?
South India at CaratLane (A TATA Product). Prior to CaratLane, Dhivya was Business Head at Naturals Salon & Spa, where she built the Naturals@Home vertical. She also played a pivotal role on Uber?s India Launch Team.
Dhivya is an engineer by qualification (B.E., Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Anna University). The appointment was approved via a Circular Resolution by the Board of Directors on January 17, 2026.
