Polymer company KB Components has signed an agreement to acquire Rabugino, based in Warsaw, Poland, according to a press release.

The company is primarily active in the automotive industry, serving end customers such as BMW, Volvo, Volkswagen, and Audi. It is a company that has successfully secured new contracts, creating a significant pipeline of new business heading into production.

Rabugino, the future KB Components Poland, will be integrated into KB Components' Europe segment. The acquisition is expected to be finalized within two months.

The acquired business has a turnover of 80 million zloty, a workforce of 150 employees, and 31 modern injection molding machines.
