Polymer specialist KB Components has signed an agreement to acquire Warsaw-based Rabugino, according to a press release.

The company is primarily active in the automotive industry, serving end customers such as BMW, Volvo, Volkswagen, and Audi. Rabugino has been successful in securing new contracts, resulting in a significant pipeline of business set to enter production.

Rabugino, which will be renamed KB Components Poland, will be integrated into KB Components' European segment. The acquisition is expected to be finalized within two months.
