Key Petroleum Limited advised that Mr. Ian Gregory will retire as Company Secretary with effect from 19 December 2025. Mr. Gregory joined the Company in 2012, and the Board sincerely thanks him for his dedicated service and effort over the past thirteen years and wishes him well in his retirement. The Board is pleased to announced that Ms Fang (Celine) Xia has been appointed Company Secretary, with effect from 16 December 2025.
Celine is an Australian-qualified lawyer and the Founder & Principal of Ming Dao Law. Before establishing her own practice, Celine worked at national and international law firms, including Gadens and Clyde & Co where she advised on corporate, regulatory, litigation and cross- border matters for clients across financial services, and mining and resources companies. She has acted for ASX-listed and pre-IPO mining and resources companies and has significant experience providing company secretarial and governance support.
