KFin Technologies Limited at its board meeting held on October 14, 2025 announced the reclassification of Mr. Santosh Kalavagunta, Head Procurement and Vendor Management from Senior Management Personnel ("SMP") to Non Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective from October 14, 2025. This reclassification has been undertaken as a part of an internal reorganisation. Mr. Santosh will continue to serve in his respective role as part of the Company's management team, and will no longer be classified as an SMP of the Company.
