It designs, manufactures, markets, and services rotating machines. It serves a range of industries, such as power generation, transmission and distribution, transportation, sugar, cement, renewable energy, and allied industries. The Company's products consist of alternating current (AC) motors, AC Generators, direct current (DC) Motors, diesel generator (DG) sets, electronics, switchgear, traction, transformers, and projects and systems. It is engaged in manufacturing transformers up to 100 Mega Volt-Amp (MVA) 220 kilo Volt (kV) for utilities, captive, and industrial users. The Company consists of approximately nine manufacturing locations and 34 sales offices. It delivers traction electrics, power car generators, and batteries to Indian Railways.
