Real estate company Klövern has signed an agreement to acquire the property Hjälpslaktaren 4 in the Slakthus area of southern Stockholm, according to a press release.

The company plans to develop approximately 150 condominium apartments within the project. The agreed underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 300 million.

Closing and the scheduled start of construction are expected to take place during the fourth quarter of 2028, with occupancy planned for the fourth quarter of 2030. The agreement is subject to conditions, including the detailed development plan becoming legally binding.
