Real estate company Klövern has been granted a direct land allocation in Solna, enabling the development of approximately 300 homes adjacent to the company's existing property, Startboxen 3, in Ulriksdal. This was announced in a press release.
In conjunction with previously planned projects, Klövern intends to develop around 700 residential units within a block structure, in line with the municipality's urban development plan. Planning work has commenced, with acquisition and the start of construction scheduled for 2030.
