KnowBe4 announced the opening of a new office in Arlington, Virginia, expanding its footprint in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia (DMV) region. The new location underscores KnowBe4's continued investment in the public sector and its commitment to helping organizations address human risk management, AI-enabled threats and evolving national security challenges. KnowBe4 will hold an office opening celebration at its newest office location today.
The event will include remarks by distinguished VIP guest, Senator Mark R. Warner. The Arlington office will serve as a strategic hub for KnowBe4's leadership, customer engagement and partner collaboration, strengthening relationships with federal, state and local agencies, as well as the broader government technology ecosystem. The area will continue to be a major hiring focus for customer-facing roles.
KnowBe4's expansion in the DMV region reflects the company's deep cybersecurity expertise and leadership across government, industry and academia. Palma brings decades of experience in national security and cyber policy, including service on the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), the U.S. Secret Service, and board involvement with the Duke University Cybersecurity Industry Advisory Board. The Arlington office launch comes amid heightened concern around artificial intelligence, deepfakes and information--threats that increasingly target public institutions, elections and critical infrastructure.
KnowBe4 helps organizations prepare both humans and AI agents to recognize, respond to and mitigate these risks, supporting a more trusted and resilient workforce.
