The Board of Directors of Komax Holding AG intended to implement this course under new leadership. Therefore, CEO Matijas Meyer is leaving the Komax Group with effect from 1 April, 2026. The search for a successor will be initiated immediately.
Andreas Häberli, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is taking over the management of the Komax Group on an interim basis.
