This strategic move is in line with the Reserve Bank of India's directive (RBI Circular No. RBI/2025-26/28 dated April 22, 2025) aimed at enhancing cybersecurity and ensuring a secure, trusted digital ecosystem across the Indian banking sector.

This change reflects the unwavering commitment to providing a secure, reliable, and future-ready digital banking experience. The transition will be completely seamless - visitors to https://www.kotak.com will be automatically redirected to https://www.kotak.bank.in, ensuring uninterrupted access to digital banking services.

As part of this transition:

• Customers will start receiving emails from @kotakalert.bank.in, along with existing domains

  @kotak.com, @kotak.in, and @kotak.bank.in during the transition period

• All banking services will remain fully functional and uninterrupted, ensuring a smooth experience
