Mr. Venky Ramesh brings over two decades of experience driving disproportionate, accretive, and profitable growth across Consumer Industries through data, digital, and analytics. He has deep experience across management consulting, sales, and account management, and has built and shaped businesses throughout his career.
His leadership foundations across Infosys, Cognizant, and Capgemini give him a well-rounded understanding of how value is created, sold, delivered, and scaled. At EPAM, Venky built and scaled a consulting-led growth organization for Consumer Industries, integrating strategy, analytics, digital, and engineering into end-to-end transformation offerings. He established the industry consulting practice, shaped go-to-market priorities, and led large, multi-functional programs that connected vision to value across sales, supply chain, marketing, R&D, and digital commerce.
Through this work, he developed trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and positioned EPAM as a strategic partner to global consumer enterprises, strengthening the firm's ability to deliver measurable business impact.
