LONDON (Reuters) - Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey said the central bank's balance sheet will fall from its current size but will remain bigger than before the global financial crisis which prompted the BoE to begin years of government bond-buying.
"Our level of balance sheet will be bigger on a sustained basis but it will be lower than it is today," Bailey told lawmakers on Monday.
