Contentsquare’s Chief Marketing Officer Niki Hall has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Products category in the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Registration for the ceremony is now on sale.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. Contentsquare’s Niki Hall won in the Female Executive of the Year category for Business Products –11 to 2,500 Employees. As the CMO at Contentsquare, a digital experience data analytics company, Niki is responsible for building the global brand, nurturing high performance teams, driving pipeline and scaling for growth.

Niki’s leadership was recognized specifically for building and managing a growing marketing team that effectively shifts brand thinking to treat CX as a differentiator. Taking complex, and sometimes controversial topics like marketing and consumer data, Niki’s experience and guidance has forged a team that helps make sense of an ever-evolving industry, challenging brands to reimagine data strategies and leverage them to deliver value to their audiences.

Her unique ability to communicate the value of Contentsquare’s digital marketing software, drive business growth and be an important voice in the transformation of consumer behaviors is pushing the entire industry forward. This is her fourth recognition from Stevie Awards for Women in Business for her executive leadership.

Niki has worked in marketing for some tech titans, including Cisco, Poly and Five9. Being an operational, performance-driven marketing executive with 20+ years of experience across all marketing disciplines, Niki has established and grown business market positions by developing clear, differentiated positioning — all while building and extending value, increasing awareness, and driving demand and market differentiation. Among her peers, Niki is known as a marketing executive built for scale with a track record of building global teams that operate with purpose, passion and positivity.

Since joining Contentsquare as CMO in December 2020, she’s set out to build the company's presence in North America; 50% of Contentsquare’s business is currently generated in the US. Her innate ability to facilitate critical pivots for Contentsquare’s marketing team helped the organization push through the early days of the pandemic, ultimately leveraging the company’s momentum to drive growth. When many tech companies experienced setbacks in 2020, Contentsquare’s leadership was able to continue a compound annual recurring revenue growth rate of 121%.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 business professionals around the world, working on eight juries.

Entries for the 2022 Stevie Awards for Women in Business will open in May.
