The board of directors (the "Board") of Core Economy Investment Group Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 26 March 2021 at 10:30 a.m. whereat the Board will, among other things, consider and, if thought fit, approve the announcement of final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2020 for publication and determine the final dividend (if any).
