Punto Fijo.- The Economy Sectorial Vice-President and People's Minister of Petroleum pointed out today that Venezuela supports consensus to achive energy market stability worldwide and a new economic begining after the pandemic.

'The new time, the new post-pandemic begining, aims at energy oil market stabilization as starting point. Venezuela is present here playing a master role and, moreover, supporting consensus to build a feasible way towards energy market stability all around the world. We will win', said Mr. Tareck El Aissami in a video broadcasted through his account @tareckpsuv on Twitter, in the framework of the 12th OPEC and OPEC+ Ministerial Meeting held in Vienna, Austria.

El Aissami said that OPEC+ Declaration of Cooperation, which will be four years soon, has become a virtuous mechanism which allowed to face this difficult and complicated year, hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.

'Venezuela's leadership first with our Commander Hugo Chávez and then with our president Nicolás Maduro has allowed us to strengthen OPEC and OPEC+ organizations and has open up a horizon for the future', said El Aissami.

OPEC delegations participating in the 12th, Ministerial Meeting are: Angola, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Congo, United Arab Emirates, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria and Venezuela.

Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Brunei, Darussalan, Kasakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Oman, Russia, Sudan and South Sudan are also present among NON-OPEC participant countries.
