Goldman now think chance of rate hike in March is under 50 %. Goldman Sachs has updated its outlook for Fed rate hikes, and now expects the central bank to raise in December, but skip March. The bank was previously looking for four increases in 2019.

US ambassador summoned in Huawei case. China’s Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng has summoned the U.S. Ambassador to China, Terry Branstad, in a protest over the arrest of Huawei Technologies Co. Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou, and said it will take “further action” if needed, Bloomberg reports.

Ghosn is likely to remain in prison. Nissan's boss could remain in custody on a second charge covering the period 2015 to 2018, after the one concerning 2010 to 2015, according to several Japanese media reports.
