Health-care companies rose on hopes that vaccine availability will spur elective medical procedures.

Moderna disclosed new details about the expected supply of its Covid-19 vaccine Thursday, indicating it could provide enough by the end of March to immunize as many as 60 million people in the U.S. and 12.5 million outside the U.S.

Cannabis companies were mixed after the House of Representatives voted to decriminalize marijuana at the federal level, the first legislation of its kind to get a vote in the chamber, but a measure that's not expected to move forward and become law.
