O’Driscoll will oversee InformedDNA’s finance, accounting, legal, and HR functions. He has worked in the scientific and healthcare space for more than 15 years, building and leading finance teams, and most recently served as vice president and general manager for Hologic, Inc. Previously, O’Driscoll held various positions ranging from financial controller to CFO and chief operations officer, and he has served on multiple boards domestically and internationally. In addition, he brings to InformedDNA a deep background in mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, and intellectual property.
