InsiderScore, a provider of investment data and analytics on publicly traded U.S. companies, today announced record growth in 2020 driven by surging investor demand for a complete, clear, and structured view of actionable investment intelligence during a highly volatile year for global markets.

“The problem of information overload worsened in 2020 as our clients, like most investment organizations, dealt with the challenges of working remotely and navigating multiple uncertain events in the market,” said Rusty Szurek, founder and CEO at InsiderScore. “Our ability to provide valuable, insightful, and unique investment idea generation, monitoring and data applications throughout the year was a testament to our commitment to our clients and our team’s creativity and flexibility. I couldn’t be prouder of how our team performed in 2020, and I am excited to build on that momentum in 2021.”

InsiderScore 2020 milestones included:

Client Growth: InsiderScore won dozens of new clients in 2020, with key new business wins at hedge funds and asset managers across the Americas and EMEA regions. The company also had a strong year, expanding relationships with several top clients, including some of the world’s largest and most-respected hedge funds.

Robust Product Innovation at InsiderScore: InsiderScore released its proprietary Insider Cessation of Selling analytics, launched new proprietary databases of Insider Pledged Shares and At-The-Market Offerings, and expanded its Buyback Database to include Buyback Plan Suspensions and Buyback Plan Reinstatements during a period of record-setting activity for both events types.

Users also gained new long and short idea generation screens via custom Excel templates for topics like CEO Buying, Insider Rebound Selling, Tax-Loss Selling, and Key Insider Roles and new research into topics such as Unusual Management Equity Awards.

inFilings Added Corporate Transcripts and Press Releases to its Rich Search Capabilities: inFilings users gained significantly more value from the platform’s expanded search and alerting capabilities that included corporate Transcripts and Press Releases alongside the platform’s real-time SEC filing database. Investment analysts using the inFilings platform can now compare multiple SEC filings, transcripts, and corporate news across one or more companies, side-by-side in a single dashboard view.
