The oil talks initially collapsed in March when Russia and OPEC's kingpin Saudi Arabia could not agree on volumes of the oil output cuts. The deal was eventually agreed in April.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also said that President Vladimir Putin has no plans to call Saudi Arabia's leadership before the meeting of the OPEC+ group scheduled for Tuesday.
