16:31 ET - The benchmark IPC stock index falls for a third straight session, closing down 0.5%. Bellwether America Movil shares end 1.4% lower and cement maker Cemex shares closes down 1.1%. Cemex said it will prepay $750M of the $1.07B outstanding of its 5.7% notes due 2025. The company last week priced $1.75B in 10-year notes at a 3.875% annual interest. The peso weakened modestly against the US dollar, quoted at 19.83 compared with 19.79 Tuesday. (anthony.harrup@wsj.com)
