Ministry of Energy of Republic of Kazakhstan : Uranium cooperation

On October 4, 2016 in the framework of the XIII Forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation with the participation of the Heads of the State was signed a Memorandum of Understanding and the expansion of strategic cooperation in the field of nuclear fuel cycle between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Corporation 'Rosatom' and JSC 'NAC Kazatomprom'.

The signing of the Memorandum will contribute to the further expansion and deepening of bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy in implementation of joint projects.
