JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Dutch technology investor Prosus and its South African parent group Naspers said on Thursday that Basil Sgourdos will retire as chief financial officer of both firms effective on November 30.

The process to replace Sgourdos, who has had a broad and varied career at Naspers and Prosus since joining in 1994, will begin and the market will be advised on the decision, the company said in a statement.
