Canadian business groups have lobbied the Liberal government to consider reopening the U.S.-Canada land border to American tourists who are fully vaccinated to help the tourism and hospitality sectors to salvage sales this summer season. And this week, France's ambassador to Canada said Canada should allow fully-vaccinated French people into the country.
