Performant Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on investments in technology-driven companies across SaaS, tech-enabled services, and data intelligence products and services, today announced the launch of its newly formed strategic board of advisors. This Advisory Board includes distinguished private equity and family office industry veterans whose focus will be to advise on Performant’s business and growth strategies while augmenting the firm’s deal sourcing, capital raising, and portfolio management capabilities.

New Performant Advisory Board members include:

Keith H. Yamada – Keith is a former Partner and member of the Investment Committee at CIVC Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm investing in high-growth middle market companies in business services sectors. During Keith’s nearly 30-year career at CIVC, he was involved in numerous investments across a wide variety of middle market services companies. Keith retired from CIVC in 2017 and continues to actively invest and serve on the boards of numerous middle market companies. Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dan Drexler – Dan is Chief Investment Officer – Public Securities at Longview Asset Management LLC, the in-house investment vehicle for the Crown Family of Chicago. Dan brings extensive experience investing in lower middle market companies, serving on the Advisory Boards of Seven Isles Capital, RF Investment Partners, May River Capital, Right Lane Capital, and Arbor Lodging Partners. He is active in a number of charitable and civic organizations throughout the Chicago area.
