Russian gas giant Gazprom has started project works on the Power of Siberia-2 pipeline to China with a view to ship up to 50 billion cubic metres of gas per year more, Interfax news agency quoted Gazprom boss Alexei Miller as saying on Thursday.
Last December Gazprom started Russia's first gas exports to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline, which is expected to reach its annual full capacity of 38 bcm by 2025.
