UEM Sunrise Berhad : Offers One-Stop Real Estate Management Services via Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, SCM Property Services

KUALA LUMPUR, 25 April 2017 - UEM Sunrise Berhad ('UEM Sunrise' or the 'Company'), via its wholly-owned subsidiary, SCM Property Services Sdn. Bhd. ('SCM') today signed a Service Agreement with eight preferred Real Estate agencies to provide value-added, one-stop real estate management services to UEM Sunrise's existing and potential customers as well as the residents and owners of SCM managed-properties.

Through this synergistic collaboration with the preferred Real Estate agencies namely Kiara Realty, Reapfield Properties Sdn. Bhd., Metro Homes Sdn. Bhd., Worldmart Properties, Esprit Estate Agent Sdn. Bhd., CBD Properties Sdn. Bhd., Cityspace Properties and Asian Land Realty Sdn. Bhd., SCM will be providing a systematic and complete range of professional services, which include building management, maintenance, security, insurance management, renovation management, capital improvements and customer service, in its capacity as a provider of Property & Facilities Management.

The signing ceremony took place at UEM Sunrise Showcase in Mont'Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. It was officialised by Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib who was joined by Raymond Cheah, UEM Sunrise's Chief Operating Officer - Commercial; and Paul Richard, General Manager of SCM. The eight preferred Real Estate agencies will serve under SCM on a three-year term and at the signing ceremony were represented by;

SCM manages all types of properties from single residential units to large communities. It currently has under its belt more than 22 developments, from residential to commercial, developed by UEM Sunrise and external property developers.

Earlier this month on 3 April 2017, SCM was the proud recipient of three awards for its managed-properties at the inaugural TheEdgeProperty.com Malaysia's Best Managed Property Awards 2017 namely:
