Vietnam's Dung Quat refinery says resuming operations after maintenance

Vietnam's Dung Quat refinery is resuming operations after it was shut down in mid-August for maintenance, owner Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical said on Monday.

The company has restarted its first unit, the Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking unit, and is restarting other units, it said in a statement on its website.

The 130,000-barrel-per-day refinery will start producing its first products on Wednesday after the maintenance, the statement said.
