Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced the opening of Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari. This is the 2nd property of the group in Bihar. This hotel features 50 well-appointed rooms & suites and it will be launched in two phases.
As part of the first phase, 32 rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet spaces, a spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool opened on October 31, 2025. The remaining 18 rooms, another restaurant and additional banquet facilities will be unveiled in the second phase. The hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
