Lemurian Labs Inc. announced that it has received $28 million in round of funding co-led by new investors Hexagon AB and Pebblebed Management, LLC on December 3, 2025. The transaction included the participation from new investors Origin Ventures Group, LLC, Blackhorn Ventures Capital Management, LLC, Uncorrelated Ventures, 1Flourish Ventures II LP, Animal Capital, Stepchange VC and Planetary Ventures, returning investors Oval Park Capital LLC, Untapped Ventures and Silicon Catalyst. The company will issue convertible preferred stock in the transaction.
