The board of directors of Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. (Company) announced that Mr. Meng Tiexiang (Mr. Meng) has been appointed as a deputy general manager of the Company for a term commencing from 9 December 2025 to the expiration of the term of office of the seventh session of the Board. Mr. Meng Tiexiang, born in 1975, a Chinese national. He previously served as general manager of the market operations department, general manager assistant and deputy general manager of Sinotrans Liaoning Company Limited, and deputy party secretary and deputy general manager of Sinotrans Northeast Co., Ltd. Mr. Meng holds a bachelor of engineering degree in foreign trade and transportation from Dalian Maritime University.

He is a certified economist and assistant international business professional.
