Pradeep Shenoy is set to assume charge as Executive Director, Corporate Communication at Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), effective November 2025. Shenoy brings with him over three decades of experience in the life insurance sector. He has served in various places in India including Goa, Aurangabad, Hyderabad, Nashik and Pune in various capacities, heading four branches and two divisions of LIC.
As he steps into his new role, Shenoy will work on enhancing LIC's corporate communication framework, driving stronger public engagement, and further reinforcing the corporation's reputation as one of India's most trusted financial institutions.An academic achiever, Shenoy holds a Postgraduate degree in Mathematics and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. His professional development has been further enriched by advanced training programs from prestigious institutions including the National Insurance Academy, Pune, and the Indian School of Business, Chandigarh. Shenoy brings with him over three decades of experience in the life insurance sector.
