Liquid Instruments Pty Ltd announced that it has received AUD 70 million in funding co-led by the new investors, Keysight Technologies, Inc. and National Reconstruction Fund Corporation on April 28, 2026. The transaction included participation from returning investors Acorn Capital Limited, Breakthrough Victoria, Investment Arm and Significant Capital Ventures Pty Limited and new investor Tribeca Global Natural Resources Limited . The company issued convertible preferred shares in the transaction.

The company has raised the funding at a post-money valuation of more than AUD 400 million. National Reconstruction Fund Corporation has invested AUD 28.45 million.
