Real estate tycoon Rutger Arnhult's investment vehicle, M2 Asset Management, acquired 6.2 million shares on June 9 in the real estate company Corem Property, where he serves as CEO and principal owner. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 2.57 per share, totaling SEK 15.9 million. The transaction was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's transparency register.
In an off-market transaction, M2 also acquired an additional 33.81 million Class A shares at SEK 2.53 per share, 31.55 million Class B shares at SEK 3.10 per share, 55,220 Class D shares at SEK 227.50 per share, and 18,979 preferred shares at SEK 233 per share, for a total consideration of SEK 200.3 million. The seller of these shares is Gårdarike, as previously disclosed in a press release. Gårdarike is owned by Urban Terling, the brother of Rutger Arnhult.
Following these transactions, Rutger Arnhult holds 706.35 million shares, representing 51.64 percent of the capital and 63.64 percent of the voting rights in the company, according to the ownership tracking service Holdings.
