Major shareholder investment company Industrivärden acquired 1.0 million Class B shares in hygiene and health company Essity on February 3. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 261.57 each, amounting to a transaction value of SEK 261.6 million. The deal was executed across several different stock exchanges. Following the transaction, Industrivärden now holds 80.7 million shares, corresponding to 11.64 percent of Essity's capital and 29.18 percent of the voting rights, according to shareholder service Holdings.
